Magnolia Adam’s Photography
I have a hard time narrowing down what genre I love most, because I see them all having value; weddings, engagements, newborns. But seniors, they’re so powerful. Capturing that transition from being a child to an adult, moving away, and stepping in to your own person, how do I begin to capture that?
I am ridiculously thankful this girl booked with me. I had no idea who she was, but we immediately connected. She warned me that if there was a creature lurking in the shrubs that I stood her in that she would run; fair enough, I thought. We laughed and chatted and I got to share a little bit about what I’m passionate about, allowing God to work through me to make things beautiful.
Driving to our second location, we stopped by some burnt trees. She was wearing this gorgeous blue dress and when she got out of the car she just screamed life. I don’t know how to describe it. I put her in front of all this dead and she lit up. She just looked alive and free.
She reminded me of this verse I read when I was her age: “He has made everything beautiful in its time” – Ecclesiastes 3:11. Praying these images captured how He sees you.
