I run a boutique family portrait business located on the beautiful Sunshine Coast, Queensland. I spend a great deal of time getting to know my clients so that each session is unique to the client’s life.

This mother and daughter session was inspired by the book ‘Where The Wild Things Are’ by Maurice Sendak. Seraphine, the young girl featured, was described to me as a ‘free spirit’ with an amazing imagination. At times, she could be a ‘wild thing’ but in a wonderfully adventurous way. Her mother placed great value in photographing Seraphine before she goes off to school next year when there is less time for free play. The session was photographed at Wurtulla Beach at sunrise.
